Steph's time at The&P saw her transition from Marketing Assistant to Senior Account Director in just over 3 years. She was part of the winning pitch team for Toyota, building a network of full-service Toyota-dedicated hubs in 17 European markets and netting the agency $300m in revenue. Continuing this winning streak, Steph played a pivotal role overseeing the British Gas Account which culminated in her instrumental presence on the winning WPP pitch team for Centrica's global business, netting the agency a further $100m.

Her reputation for driving growth and her marketing acumen put her firmly on the radars of Mildenhall and Barrie who, in March 2020, appointed her as Head of Business Development and Operations Lead of their global marketing consultancy 21CB. Despite the limiting nature of the global pandemic, Steph has so far secured clients including Mars, Bumble, Depop and 1derful.

Alongside her business development success, Steph led the development of 21CB's Marketing Through Crisis whitepaper, which trended on LinkedIn, designed to help marketers and leaders manage their brands through this crisis both in terms of sustaining demand and playing a wider role for their communities.

As part of her commitment to ensuring the marketing industry diversifies and attracts the best talent, she has collaborated on Colourful View from the Top, a book on black and brown excellence in business, and worked to bring the Brixton Finishing School partnership - an initiative to champion underrepresented talent by developing module content and hiring support - to fruition.
