Striving to carry on making a change
After a successful first year Campaign’s Female Frontiers is delighted to announce we are open for entries. 

It’s time to put the spotlight on those women who are constantly pushing the boundaries with their groundbreaking achievements in the marketing, advertising, media and tech industries. 

Females Frontiers consists of eight unique categories recognising those women leading the charge within their field and paving the way for the next generation to carry on shining and making the industries as special as they are.

  • Female Frontiers is providing new opportunities for women; who are leading and encouraging change within our community, to be recognised
  • Regardless of the stage you are at in your career, there’s an opportunity to be honoured for the ways you are having a positive impact within your industry
  • You will be seen by a high calibre of judges. Our representative panel will ensure diversity and inclusion, as well as top feedback for your entry
  • In an industry where so many women are working towards change, there are a wide variety of categories to enter. Whether you are familiar with the industry or are a newcomer, the best people will get the recognition they deserve
  • Entering Female Frontiers will offer you an additional media platform to promote yourself. The company standing behind you will also receive the added coverage to continue your movement of change


  • Honourees will be invited to attend the awards evening to network with fellow industry leaders in marketing, advertising, media and technology
  • Honourees and Leading Honourees will receive coverage in Campaign magazine, read by over 8400 people, and across CampaignLive.co.uk, which receives 961 thousand monthly website unique users and 2.4 million page views
  • Published winners profile on the Female Frontiers website

The awards are open to women within EMEA or with a global title
based outside EMEA, from those who are established in their careers
and already creating real impactful change to those just starting out and 
making waves. These awards are truly global, and so we welcome
and actively encourage entries from individuals and firms of all sizes. 

Individuals or duos can either nominate themselves or be nominated
by a peer or colleague. If you are submitting on behalf of someone else, 
you must receive permission from the nominee beforehand and provide details 
of the nominee should they need to be contacted.

Sarah Jenkins

Sarah joined Saatchi & Saatchi in December 2019 and helps drives the day-to-day agency as well as running client business including Direct Line and Britvic. Previously a 9 year veteran of Grey London where she was responsible for some of the agency’s flagship creative accounts - including The British Heart Foundation and Lucozade.

Sarah has worked in both global network agencies and start ups and across organisations as diverse as Mars, GSK, P&G and the Home Office. A staunch believer in the need for greater diversity of talent at all levels across advertising, Sarah helped found the industry wide Advertising Diversity Task Force in 2017. She is also a Trustee of the Historic Royal Palaces so has a side hustle looking after the Crown Jewels.
