Female Frontiers

A big congratulations to everyone who entered the 2021 Female Frontiers!
We have an impressive list of honourees, and it was no easy task for our elite judges to decide.

Each of our honourees has highlighted an extraordinary array of innovative solutions, inspirational leadership
and effective changes within the industry that the judging panel was in awe of them.

On Thursday 25 February we celebrate Female Frontiers remarkable Honourees and heard
from some industry leaders across two-panel discussions moderated by Campaign’s UK Editor,
Maisie McCabe and Creativity & Culture Editor, Brittaney Kiefer.

Panel Sessions

Adapting to change
The pandemic and its fallout are accelerating many shifts in the workplace that were already underway,
and businesses are being forced to adapt to change at a rapid pace. This panel will explore some of those
changes plus how best to adapt, both as business leaders and employees. How does adland
need to evolve and how can companies ensure they do this while fostering their talent?

Chaired by Campaign’s UK Editor, Maisie McCabe

Creating a collaborative environment at work
As businesses are facing enormous pressure during the Covid-19 pandemic, collaboration has never been
more vital. But how do you do that most effectively in an era of remote working? And, knowing the
importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, how do you ensure that all voices are being heard?
Our panellists will discuss these issues to offer practical advice for creating collaborative environments.
