Over the past 19 years, Steph has honed her skills at SA's best creative agencies and won nearly every local and international award, including a number of Gold Cannes Lions, SA's first Gold One Show Pencil for TV and Cinema, and three Grand Prix Awards in two years at the Loerie Awards for Huggies, City Lodge, and Philips.

It is an often-told story that, as one of the country's most awarded creatives in film, Steph had to go on stage 15 times in one single night at the 2019 Loeries. Understandably, an honorary spotlight was shined on her success last year when she was awarded the runner-up spot as Agency Leaders Woman of Year.

What makes Steph's story so remarkable is not all her accolades (although very impressive) it is her humble determination to keep pushing creative limits, her pursuit of boundary-breaking creative thinking, and her respect for people who are passionate problem solvers.

When asked what she would say is the key to success in this industry, her answer is: Resilience. It is this attitude that inspires those who work with her to better their own professional bests.
