Sara joined TBWA London as CEO in October 2017, as part of a new management line up. Under her tenure, the agency has acquired new clients such as adidas, McVities, AMD and Facebook. Before joining TBWALondon, Sara was a Partner at TBWA sister agency, Lucky Generals and Managing Director of Mother London. In this role, she was the first woman appointed to Mother’s board and the first MD the agency had appointed. This legacy has led Sara to push the agencies she works for, the advertising industry, and society in general, to do more to place women in leadership roles.

She is also a working mother of a four year-old son and five year-old daughter.
