Louisa is Global Creative Strategist for one of the world’s most talked about brands - TikTok. Since starting in July, she's already made an impact. A highlight came in September, when she was on the core team out of London that launched TikTok's first ever global campaign - 'It Starts on TikTok'.

She’s had the opportunity to lead key strategic brand projects for TikTok, like new tone of voice guidelines. A legacy brand document that will be translated and rolled out across TikTok markets globally.

Louisa is an advocate of creativity for good. Back in Sydney, she was invited onto the board of Youngbloods - to represent the voice of under 30s in advertising. Here in London, she is a member of Good For Nothing and volunteers strategic and brand thinking to start ups in social enterprise.

During the lockdown, Louisa founded Keep Pubs Pumping, a non-for-profit that raised over £25,000 for independent pubs across the UK. Calling upon industry connections and colleagues to design bespoke pub merchandise as a fundraiser. Press coverage in Time Out, Evening Standard, Campaign.
