
Having taken on the accountability for D&I and ESG, Jessica delivered a number of internal & external programs to change the business. Creating a D&I committee with ‘action not words’ reviewing pay-gaps, recruitment process, client behaviours, partners, targets and training has meant a total overhaul of the business working with the Leadership team. This drive has resulted in PrettyGreen becoming the lead agency in the PR Week Pay Gap Report in September 2021 scoring 100% for having no gender or ethnicity pay gap and being the only agency since Feb 2021 to be awarded the coveted Blueprint Diversity mark. Working with experts, being honest and open to advice has meant that PrettyGreen has increased their ethnic diversity to 28% of their workforce.
