OLIVER is the world’s first and only company to design, build, and run bespoke in-house agencies for brands. With a model requires building close and transparent relationships, diversity and inclusivity is at the core of everything we do.

OLIVER and the Inside Ideas Group has 3,400 colleagues and 200+ clients across 46 countries. The IE&D team has grown from 10 to 70 in just five years. The team has built a reputation as the leader for inclusion, equity and diversity, and helped the business become #40 Best Large Companies and #6 Best Agencies to work for in the UK on The Sunday Times 100 list. At OLIVER, the representation of communities from non-white background is at 25% and improving rapidly and we have managed a 15% increase in females in leadership positions. 50% of Senior Leadership roles globally are held by women. In 2020, the team ramped up the business’s efforts to help those affected by the rise of BLM protests. The business committed to becoming an actively anti-racist organisation globally. In just seven months, the IE&D team provided anti-racism training for every employee around the world, and enrolled the activism of OLIVER’s Founder and Chief Executive, Simon Martin. Simon committed 100% of his time to launch the Global Change Maker programme – a diverse group of 40 (and counting) ‘Global Change Makers’ from within the business. This group is unified by one ambition: to ensure inclusivity is at the heart of our business.
