Its two main aims; improve diversity in the industry and engage more people in the conversation. The Collective comprises 8 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), 6 led by women. They collaborated this year on expanding inclusive resources (manager training, guidelines on transitioning and more), inclusion planning (providing frameworks, guidance and consulting on inclusive planning for clients) and providing a DEI showcase during a week-long Inclusion Festival during National Inclusion week UK. Individually the ERGs have contributed to the aims of the Collective in several ways: •The Womxn’s Network created action plans on the gender pay gap •Roots is launching an advice podcast to bring influential successful Black leaders to the forefront inspiring and engaging more people in the DEI conversation •The Working Parents group created a ‘pause the game’ handbook to help those who have taken a break from work •Enable partnered with Employ Autism and registered with the Disability Confident Scheme •Pride collaborated with Outvertising to talk about queer female inclusion •Declassify led an outreach programme that has plans to expand in 2022 And these are just a few examples. Each individual ERG has accomplished a lot in a small space of time to make our workplace more diverse and inclusive but joined together they have been a force for change.
