Maya plays an integral role in long-term business strategy, and is currently leading on the H2 Strategy for Omnicom. Her strategy has allowed DoubleVerify to drive a deeper partnership with the agency group and deploy new innovative solutions across their client base. Outside of her core remit, Maya is an evangelist for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. She takes a progressive approach to solve important issues. An example of this is her recent work aligned to the Women’s Euros 2022, creating pathways into Media, Tech and Sport for underrepresented individuals. To ensure success, Maya has leveraged her key industry relationships, and is in the process of securing partnerships with: OMG UK, the7stars, In Her Corner and Street Soccer London to help power this initiative. Maya is a clear example of someone who is Rising to The Top. Whilst breaking barriers and progressing her own career, she is helping to develop a pipeline of future leaders, sending the elevator back down to drive more diversity and equity within our industry.
