Before her promotion to Planning Director, she stepped up and began work on a new planning process. She is working with Reach’s insight and product teams to make better use of our first-party audience datasets (ReachID, Mantis, Google Analytics), elevating our strategies for branded content campaigns. Her ‘Hearts & Mind Approach’ ensures that every pitch and campaign worked on delivers the unexpected underpinned by evidence, and a bit of magic backed up by data. She has worked on strategies for stand-out and award-winning campaigns including Co-op Funeralcare, BT, Prostate Cancer UK, and the government’s census campaign. Jenny is a northerner from the Steel City, and is passionate about breaking the ‘class ceiling’ within media and advertising. She has recently published an article in Campaign creating a debate about how things need to change. She is a Co-Chair of Reach’s social mobility D&I committee ReachPotential. She leads Reach’s outreach programme, which includes our first ever Big Reach Open Day; a virtual, live assembly to over 500 kids from less advantaged backgrounds.
