Hannah has had a game-changing impact at Engine Creative this year. 

Hannah joined the Account Management and New Business teams at Engine Creative in 2018 supporting campaigns for Sky Mobile, Cazoo and Warburtons. In 2020 she joined the talented post-production team at Engine Film as Team Assistant.

A key objective this past year was reforming Engine's inclusion vision. With colleagues, she created Engine Rise, an in-house ERG network representing ethnic and cultural diversity at the agency. Kicking off with a Research, Development & Innovation framework, Hannah carefully constructed a business case outlining the benefits of investment in diversity and permanent hires. Hannah leads this journey; initiatives include curating the month-long agenda for Black History Month 2021 at the agency. Hannah's new business contribution stems from these initiatives: Engine's vision for a more inclusive workplace and efforts to close the gender and BAME pay gap attract new business. Hannah has driven meaningful change in the creative community regarding performative PR. Acknowledging that companies use movements like Black Lives Matter to boost their public image versus implementing significant diversity internally, Hannah consulted with clients about best practices for discussing authenticity and representation. Hannah also co-hosted a three-day virtual workshop with schools from London, Manchester and Bolton with IF Ideas Foundation, which helps students enter the creative world. The remote work experience gave students a live creative brief for Disrupt Space, an arts agency representing young Black artists.
