Emily set up a “Gen Z Collective'' within the agency. This is an Influencer Marketing and Gaming-driven focus group with over 50 MediaCom employee members. It is designed to engage MediaCom employees from all teams and all levels to contribute towards the award-winning work we do, and also to encourage more diverse thought and representation within the ideation phases of our work. The innovative ideas she has developed include our client Ellesse’s partnership with TikTok for the world’s first ever shoppable live streamed concert with their brand ambassador, Zara Larsson. Emily has made transformational change in building our Influencer Marketing product - increasing the department revenue by 300% to over £1.2M in annual fee income, making it the fastest growing division within MediaCom’s content and creative department. Externally she is a key leader within the industry and regularly appears on podcasts, speaking at industry conferences and dedicating time to judging awards, including the Influencer Marketing Awards and Drum Content Awards. She is an Advisory Board Member for the Influencer Marketing Show. Emily is hugely passionate about gender equality and championing future female talent, which she is driving externally as a Board Member of the non-profit mentoring programme OK Mentor. She has successfully helped raise £50k in funding to help reach more mentees.
