Her detailed approach, enthusiasm and tenacity for an audience first approach has seen an impactful 20% incremental investment across programmatic within the UK market. Her fearlessness for new initiatives has led the client to be first to market trialling new CTV audience concepts and driven an attention-focused media approach which builds on Mindshare’s innovation agenda. These learnings helped client teams maximise their potential media outcomes by aligning to shifting audience behaviours during COVID. Since joining ‘The Women in Programmatic Network’ Charlotte has increased her thirst to break barriers within the industry, gain further confidence in public speaking and build her own profile to help similar like-minded young women. Charlotte is also part of the mentoring programme at Mindshare which she is using to build her professional sense of self and further improve her management skills.
