Alexis has been an Account Director at MediaSense for just over a year and is already making a significant impact in the role; leading our UK analyst team and managing key global pitch accounts.

A mature, friendly, and common sense approach has allowed Alexis to excel at managing and motivating a team through a period of heavy growth and the business implications of COVID twinned with sustained client deliverables. Training, mentoring, recruiting and supporting the well-being of a team of 10+ at only 29 years of age. Over the last year she has managed analytics processes on multiple pitches remotely – handling both internal and external stakeholders, training the team and upskilling more junior staff. She has also driven technology developments to ensure consistency and speed in analytical outputs and reporting for clients. Alexis has been instrumental in the integration of MediaSense’s newly appointed team in India, quickly bringing new colleagues into the collaborative ‘MediaSense way’ of working and ensuring knowledge sharing, training and general comradery as the teams began to work together to form “one MediaSense team”. Not an easy task during a series of HQ lockdowns in Mumbai, Delhi and London preventing face to face visits with our new colleagues. Instead, all team spirit and chemistry had to be developed virtually. From a new business perspective, she’s proud of a 100% track record - supporting 3/3 new clients ‘wins’ in 2021.
