A passionate digital marketer, Emily has been working agency-side for the last four years specialising in paid social brand and direct response campaigns.

Emily is enthusiastic about meeting digital marketers offline and has frequented many industry events to meet new people and share learnings. Seeing the value of such events led Emily to set up her own and in 2019 she created a series of breakfast networking events to enable social media professionals from major brands and agencies to connect. Emily regularly speaks at industry panels and events, sharing her expertise on organic and paid social strategy and she has run training events for an assortment of businesses.
At Mindshare, Emily has further expanded her engagements, becoming a Mental Health Ally and undergoing training to provide additional support and a safe and confidential ear for colleagues who may need someone to talk to. A vital role in what has been an unprecedented year, when the need for mental health and wellbeing support has never been more needed.
Emily is also an active member of Mindshare's 'Womxn' group, a steering group set up to support a Diversity & Women in leadership series and a senior female mentor scheme to empower women to build confidence within themselves.
Emily goes the extra mile when undertaking day-to-day work in order to challenge herself and ensure that deliverables are of an exceptional standard. This includes creating complex testing frameworks to gain valuable learnings and also managing processes for the benefit of the client and agency.
