Simply put, Bianca is one to watch. Recently crowned by The Drum as the Business Developer of the Year 2020, senior management have identified her as the ‘rising star’, ‘the powerhouse’ and ‘inspirational’ – characteristics that form a future leader.

Publicis participated in the Diageo global review in late 2019 and Bianca led the end-to-end pitch process. Backed by a £500MM+ media budget across 60+ markets, the size and complexity of the review required a robust operational process. From managing the communication flow across Executive and Junior level teams in APAC, EMEA, LATAM and North America, to feeding into the development of a compelling pitch story, Bianca was responsible for the operational delivery of 60+ global meetings, 50+ submissions and organizing 275+ employees worldwide.

Following Diageo, she was requested to lead logistics on Kraft Heinz (winning 85% share of the US business) and is currently influencing the way the global team operationalize pitch processes through technology. As a result of her success she has since been offered a relocation to a senior position in the US Business Development team.

Beyond this, Bianca finds time to lead, support, and inspire talent through her coaching and is a mentor for industry talent programmes MEFA, WYK Digital and Publicis. Bianca has a very unique and motivating leadership style and as a result one of her mentees has recently been promoted to the Diversity and Inclusion Manager for Publicis.
